Role Description This is a full-time, in office Account Manager role based in Chennai.

The Account

Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, understanding business goals, and ensuring that digital marketing and web development solutions align with client objectives. Daily responsibilities include coordinating campaigns with internal teams, monitoring project progress, preparing status reports, and supporting timely, high-quality delivery of services.



The role involves analyzing campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and presenting insights and recommendations to clients.

The Account

Manager will also assist in upselling and cross-selling services, handling client queries, and maintaining strong communication between clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Client relationship management skills, including account handling, stakeholder communication, and customer service.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media marketing, online advertising, and web analytics.
- Project coordination and organizational skills to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client presentations, documentation, and internal communication.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data, track performance metrics, and propose data-driven improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment, prioritize multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in digital marketing agencies or client-facing roles is preferred; familiarity with sectors such as education, real estate, medical, fashion & apparel, or retail is an advantage.
