Role Description The Account Manager role at Treat Homes Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The individual in this role will manage client relationships, serve as the primary point of contact for residents and corporate clients, and ensure a high level of satisfaction with services and property offerings.

Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, preparing and reviewing contracts or agreements, and maintaining accurate records of client accounts and interactions.

The Account

Manager will also support billing and payment follow-ups, monitor occupancy and renewal opportunities,



and provide regular reports and feedback to management. This role involves collaborating closely with operations, sales, and customer support to continuously improve the resident experience.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management skills, including account handling, retention, and service delivery oversight.
- Ability to manage documentation, contracts, and basic billing or payment processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, priorities, and follow-ups effectively.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across operations and sales functions.
- Proficiency with common office software and tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or Telly , Excel account management systems).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field; experience in real estate, hospitality, or corporate housing is an advantage.
