About the Role

Kings Club is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to assess the club’s day-to-day financial operations, accounting processes, reporting, and compliance.

The role requires strong financial discipline, accuracy, and the ability to coordinate effectively with management, vendors, and internal departments.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally.

Handle sales revenue, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.

Monitor and maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Verify sales revenue, invoices, purchase bills, and supporting documents.

Ensure accurate GST and TDS accounting and compliance.

Prepare and review Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

Maintain accurate ledgers and conduct regular account reconciliations.

Prepare Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.

Prepare and monitor Cash Flow Statements and cash position.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and financial reports for management.

Monitor revenue from F&B;, events, banquets, memberships, and other club operations.

Track outstanding receivables, vendor payments, credit terms, and collections.





Monitor expenses and support effective cost control and financial discipline.

Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, banks, and internal departments.

Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all financial information.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in hospitality, clubs, hotels, restaurants, or similar industries.

Strong practical knowledge of Tally and accounting processes.

Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.

Experience in preparing P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and BRS.

Strong understanding of AP, AR, revenue accounting, and reconciliations.

Good communication, leadership, and team-coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
