Reviewing Firm US GAAP and local IFRS financial reporting disclosures including, but not limited to, those concerning Fair value measurement, Derivatives,



Collateral and Structured EntitiesPerfoming robust analytical review to substantiate significant movements in a logical and methodical mannerChairing and presenting senior management disclosure attestation meetings articulately and succinctlyRepresent the organization with external parties including external auditorsThe successful candidate will initially focus on US GAAP EU managed business disclosures for Firm reporting and local IFRS disclosures with an expectation of increasing involvement in the wider responsibilities of the GDSC team including FINREP and TICDrafting of Forms 10-Q and 10-KTaking the lead on XBRLConduct technical GAAP and related accounting research and drafting white papersAssisting Auditors as needed (supports and assisting with work sheets)Assisting with SOX process as needed

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
