M2 Vending Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to review and evaluate financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and strengthen internal controls across operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct internal audits of accounting records.
- Verify accuracy of sales, expenses, inventory, and vending machine collections.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and accounting standards.
- Review GST, TDS, and other statutory filings for accuracy and timeliness.
- Identify gaps in internal controls and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with accounts, operations, and management teams for audit requirements.

Warehouse & Inventory Audit

- Conduct physical stock verification of warehouses, hubs, and vending machine locations.




- Reconcile physical stock vs system stock (ERP/Tally/Inventory Software).
- Audit inward, outward, transfers, returns, damages, and scrap of inventory.
- Verify FIFO/FIFO compliance, expiry management, and slow-moving/non-moving stock.
- Identify shortages, excesses, pilferage, wastage, and obsolescence.

Skills & Competencies:

- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP systems, Excel).
- High attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
