About the roleWe are looking for an organized and proactive professional to manage training coordination,

operational support, and learning platform activities.

- Coordinate training schedules, client communication, follow-ups, and logistics.
- Support external members with day-to-day training requirements.
- Prepare training materials, posters, letters, certificates, and communications.
- Manage the LMS/e-learning platform, including user access, assignments, and records.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate internal and external
- communications.
- Maintain accurate training and operational records.

You have




- Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with LMS/training platforms.
- Basic Canva/PowerPoint or similar design skills.
- Strong follow-up, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented.
