Role & responsibilities

- Reconciliation of bank accounts

- Managing the daily activities of the accounting and ensuring that all reports, month-end activities, and year-end reports are completed on time.

- Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, processing invoices, and reconciliations.

- Assist in preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.

- Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures.

- Develop and improve internal accounting procedures.

- Record and analyze financial transactions to ensure accuracy.

Preferred candidate profile

- Adequate understanding of financial statement and analytical skills

- Open to work to tight deadlines and multi-tasking

- Valuable communication skills, Email writing skills, MS office understanding, Technical tools like Tally, XERO, QuickBooks basic understanding
