Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kollam, responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts for Urbans Cashews. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers, conducting regular follow-ups, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, preparing and delivering product presentations, negotiating pricing and terms, and coordinating with internal teams for order processing, inventory, and delivery.

The Account

Executive will track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide feedback to support marketing and product initiatives, while maintaining accurate records and reports on account activities and sales targets.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong account management and customer relationship skills, including the ability to nurture long-term partnerships and handle negotiations.
- Candidates should possess sales and business development skills, such as prospecting, opportunity identification, and closing deals in FMCG or food-related industries.
- Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, including clear verbal and written communication

* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting preferred
- Tally experience is compulsory
- MS Office proficiency is compulsory, especially MS Excel and MS Word
- Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS and basic accounting principles
- Experience in accounts payable, receivables, invoicing and ledger reconciliation
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain accurate financial records and handle day-to-day accounting activities
