- Identify, develop, and implement current courses and academic programs based on market demand and organizational goals.

- Plan and execute the launch of new courses, including curriculum development, faculty allocation, and resource planning.

- Continuously evaluate existing programs and recommend improvements to enhance student outcomes and academic quality.

- Coordinate with management, faculty, and operations teams to ensure the successful implementation of new academic initiatives.

- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of newly introduced courses and make necessary modifications when required.

- Manage and supervise daily academic operations.

- Coordinate with faculty members to ensure timely completion of classes and academic schedules.

- Monitor student attendance, performance, and academic progress.

- Ensure quality delivery of academic programs and curriculum.

- Conduct faculty evaluations, training, and performance reviews.

- Address student academic concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
