Position: Academic Counsellor

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Job Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding available academic courses, colleges, and career options.
- Understand students’ educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
- Provide accurate information about courses, admission procedures, eligibility, fees, and documentation.
- Handle leads provided by the company through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with students and parents regularly and maintain proper records of interactions.
- Convert interested leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-up.
- Maintain daily reports of calls, follow-ups, counselling sessions, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal admissions and counselling team to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve assigned monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with students and parents.

Eligibility




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
- Hindi communication is compulsory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Laptop is mandatory – candidates must have their own laptop for work.
