Role Overview:

We are looking for a Content Writer and Researcher who understands the mindset of students and parents and can create research-driven content focused on career clarity, education, and upskilling.

This role involves content planning, script writing, research, coordination with creative teams, and strict adherence to brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create weekly and monthly content calendars targeting Intermediate students and parents
- Write scripts for reels, videos, explainer posts, and awareness content
- Research career paths, entrance exams, new-age courses, and upskilling programs
- Prepare resource documents (career roadmaps, FAQs, comparison charts, content briefs)
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, tone, and messaging
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and editors for content execution
- Track content progress and ensure timely publishing
- Review creatives for accuracy, clarity,



and relevance
- Maintain structured documentation for content and research

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Good understanding of the Indian education ecosystem
- Ability to communicate clearly with students and parents
- Strong content writing and scriptwriting skills
- Strong research and documentation abilities
- Understanding of branding and content consistency
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Experience in education, EdTech, or career guidance content
- Knowledge of upskilling trends and job-oriented skills
- Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Sheets, Notion, Trello
- Basic understanding of social media performance metrics

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
