Job Purpose
Assist business growth across Current, Saving, Salary, Fixed, and Recurring Deposits through Channel and Branch Banking Teams. Support product management, development, and benchmarking against competitors.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibility for Driving Supporting and Tracking Liabilities Products
Drive liability products through channels, including Savings, Current, Salary, and Fixed Deposits; Ensure digital penetration via Net Banking, Mobile Banking, SMS Banking, and Missed Call Banking; Conduct competition analysis, product integration, and end-to-end launches; Track business performance at Center, State, District, and VLE levels; Plan product strategies, marketing campaigns, and digital onboarding initiatives.
Portfolio Management
Analyze portfolio growth and track business performance; Engage regions for portfolio reviews and gap analysis; Activate inactive accounts and drive balance growth; Monitor quality sourcing and construct value-building initiatives.
Mis Development, Business Reviews and Product / Data Support
Develop user-friendly, error-free reports and store MIS data; Participate in business reviews and concalls; Release accurate newsletters and provide updates to seniors; Support CSC Banking Channel and Product Managers.
Education:
Post Graduate / MMS / MBA.
