Cognisense Rehabilitation Studio Position: ABA Therapist / Behaviour Therapist Location: Singasandra, Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time About Cognisense Rehabilitation Studio Cognisense Rehabilitation Studio is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation centre providing individualized therapy and developmental support for children with neurodevelopmental and behavioural needs.

Key Responsibilities Conduct individualized ABA-based intervention sessions for children. Implement therapy programs based on each child's developmental and behavioural goals. Work on attention, communication, social skills, play skills, imitation and functional behaviour.

Develop and strengthen ADLs and functional independence. Implement behaviour-management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques.



Collect and maintain accurate session data and progress records.

Monitor children's progress and modify intervention strategies as required. Conduct structured activities to improve learning readiness and classroom skills. Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Provide regular feedback to parents regarding the child's progress and home strategies. Maintain skilled documentation, confidentiality and ethical standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
