- Strong Programming skills in C/C++
- Good understanding of Digital Signal Processing(DSP).
- Strong knowledge of LTE and 5G NR Physical Layer(PHY) architecture and procedure
- Experience Working in Linux development setting.

For L2 Development

- Strong Programming skills in C/C++
- Solid understanding of MAC, RLC and PDCP protocols in LTE and 5G NR.
- Experience with MAC scheduling, resource allocation and protocol optimization
- Experience Working in Linux development environment.
