Responsibilities

Answering inbound Chats to customers.

Providing customer support and resolving their issues.

Utilizing knowledge of products or services to effectively assist customers.

Following communication scripts and procedures.

Ensuring all interactions are recorded and documented accurately.

QUALIFICATIONS AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA-

-Postgraduate, Graduate, Under Graduate Can Apply.

-Good Typing Speed - 26wpm.

-Required Good English communication skills.
