Role Description This is a full-time, on-site 3D Visualizer role based in Nagercoil. The 3D Visualizer will create detailed 3D models and visualizations for architectural and interior design projects, translating design concepts and drawings into realistic renders.

Daily tasks include developing 3D views, applying materials and textures, setting up lighting, and producing high-quality images and walkthroughs for client presentations. The role involves working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand design requirements, refine visual outputs, and make updates based on feedback. The 3D Visualizer will also help maintain a library of design assets and support marketing or proposal materials with visual content when needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Visualization skills, including the ability to convert 2D plans into clear and realistic 3D representations.
- Candidates should possess Graphics and Graphic Design skills to create visually appealing layouts, presentations,



and project imagery.
- Candidates should possess Lighting skills to set up realistic interior and exterior lighting for renders and walkthroughs.
- Candidates should possess Drawing skills, including basic drafting abilities and a solid understanding of architectural or interior design drawings.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Relevant experience in architectural or interior visualization, preferably within the construction or real estate sector.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on-site in Nagercoil.

Experience 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Freshers are also welcome to apply if they have good visualization skills, knowledge of relevant 3D software, creativity, and a strong interest in architectural and interior visualization.
