Role Description The 3D Visualizer role at RG Civil Consultants is a full-time, on-site position based in Jharsuguda. The 3D Visualizer will create high-quality 3D visualizations and graphics for infrastructure projects, translating technical drawings and concepts into clear, compelling visual content. Daily responsibilities include developing realistic models, applying appropriate lighting and materials, and collaborating with engineers, architects, and project managers to accurately represent design intent.

The role also involves refining visual outputs based on feedback, ensuring consistency with project standards, and preparing visuals for presentations,



reports, and client communications. The 3D Visualizer is expected to maintain organized project files and stay current with visualization tools and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Visualization skills, including 3D modeling and rendering for infrastructure or architectural projects.
- Candidates should possess Graphics and Graphic Design skills to produce clear, qualified visual materials for client and internal use.
- Candidates should possess Lighting skills to create realistic scenes, including material application, shadows, and environmental effects.
- Candidates should possess Drawing skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and convert them into accurate visual representations.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite or similar) is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Design, Animation, or a related field is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams are important.
- Prior experience in infrastructure, construction, or architectural visualization is an advantage.
