Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Freelance 3D Visualizer with experience in retail, commercial, and interior design projects. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, realistic renders, and presentation visuals based on project requirements and design concepts.

The freelancer will work on assigned projects and coordinate with our Design Team to deliver quality visualizations within the agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renders for retail and commercial interior projects.
- Convert 2D drawings, layouts, and design concepts into detailed 3D visualizations.
- Prepare interior perspectives and presentation visuals.
- Apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting, furniture, and accessories.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers and the Design Team for project requirements.
- Make necessary revisions based on feedback.
- Ensure accuracy and quality as per the approved design drawings.
- Deliver assigned projects within agreed timelines.
- Maintain proper project files and source files.

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of interior design, materials, lighting, and space planning.
- Excellent 3D visualization and rendering skills.




- Ability to create realistic and high-quality renders.
- Good understanding of furniture and interior detailing.
- Ability to work independently and manage project deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Software Proficiency

- 3ds Max
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Adobe Photoshop
- Lumion / D5 Render / Enscape (Preferred)

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in 3D Visualization.
- Experience in Retail Interior projects will be preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous 3D visualization and rendering work.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Retail, Commercial, Showroom, or Office Interior projects.
- Knowledge of furniture, materials, and interior detailing.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and design concepts.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects based on timelines.

Freelance Engagement

- Work will be assigned on a Project Basis / Freelance Basis.
- Payment will be discussed based on the project scope, deliverables, and complexity.
- The freelancer should be able to deliver projects within agreed timelines.
- Candidates must share their Portfolio and previous work samples.
