Role Description

This is a full time remote role for a 3D Artist at Spirit Weavers .Co.

The 3D Artist will create high-quality 3D assets for characters, environments, and props that support the studio’s narrative and gameplay goals.

Day-to-day tasks include modeling, texturing, lighting, and rigging assets in Blender and Maya, ensuring they are optimized for real-time game engines and consistent with the project’s art direction. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, writers,



and other artists to translate story concepts into visually compelling content. The 3D Artist will also participate in reviews, iterate based on feedback, and help maintain an efficient asset pipeline.

Qualifications

- Strong 3D Modeling skills, with the ability to create characters, environments, and props.
- Proficiency in Texturing and Lighting to deliver visually cohesive and atmospheric assets.
- Experience with Rigging for characters and creatures suitable for animation and gameplay.
- Knowledge and

proficiency
- in Blender and Maya as a primary 3D content creation tool.
- Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unity or Unreal Engine) and real-time asset optimization.
- Ability to interpret creative direction, collaborate in a remote team, and respond constructively to feedback.
- A portfolio demonstrating 3D art for games or interactive media, showcasing both technical skill and artistic style.
- Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in 3D art, game design, animation, or a related field.
