Selection Criteria
- 2–4 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, or branding
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to develop event themes and visual identities
- Expertise in logo design, key visual (KV) development, and brand language
- Design support for client pitch decks (graphics, layouts, infographics, mood boards)
- Creation of event branding and collaterals (badges, invites, standees, signage, etc.)
- Preparation of production-ready print artwork and vendor files
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, layout, and print production
- Ability to work on multiple concepts with quick turnaround times
- Valuable coordination with Client Servicing and Production teams
