Role Summary:

We are looking for an Electronics Engineer to join our Recent Product Development (NPD) team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end electronic hardware development — from schematic and PCB design to prototype build, testing, and documentation for production handover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop PCB layouts (single/multi-layer) for new products based on circuit requirements
- Select and specify SMD/THT components based on datasheets, cost, availability, and application requirements
- Work with ICs (microcontrollers, sensors, power management, communication modules) — selection, interfacing, and troubleshooting
- Perform hand soldering, rework,



and wiring for prototypes and pilot builds
- Generate and interpret Gerber files, drill files, and other manufacturing outputs for PCB fabrication
- Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for new and existing products
- Coordinate with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors for prototypes and production
- Support design validation, testing, and debugging of prototypes
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation as per ISO 9001 (or applicable) quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, firmware, quality, production) for product realization
- Support DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturing/Assembly) reviews

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
