About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Capture Associate to join our Capture & Business Development team.
This is an entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in learning about US Government Contracting, Business Development, Market Research, and Capture Management.
No prior experience in capture management or government contracting is required. We will provide training and guidance to the right candidate.
The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with strong internet research skills, good written English, attention to detail, and an interest in working with data and technology.

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential US Government contracting opportunities.
Conduct online research across government procurement websites and databases.
Monitor upcoming solicitations, forecasts, recompete opportunities and contract information.
Collect, organize and analyze opportunity and contract data.
Research government agencies, contractors, competitors and market trends.
Maintain accurate opportunity information in internal tracking systems.
Assist the Capture Team with opportunity qualification and research.
Prepare basic research reports and summaries.
Track deadlines,



solicitation updates and important opportunity information.
Support the team with data entry, documentation and other capture-related activities.
Learn and use platforms such as SAM.gov, eBuy, SLED portals, Monday.com, SharePoint and other research tools.
Work closely with the Capture and Proposal teams to support business development activities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/B.E. – Computer Science, IT or related field, BCA, or B.Com.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good internet research and information-gathering skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Good computer and internet skills.
Solid attention to detail.
Ability to organize and manage information accurately.
Good analytical and logical-thinking skills.
Ability to learn new software, tools and processes quickly.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills
Candidates with the following skills will have an advantage:
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Data analysis or research experience
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
Strong Google/search skills
Basic understanding of US Government or government contracting
Experience with college research projects or internships
Good typing and documentation skills
Prior experience is NOT required.
