Job Summary

The Land Sourcing Manager will identify, evaluate, negotiate, and acquire strategic land parcels for industrial, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify suitable land parcels for development.
- Develop relationships with landowners, brokers, and channel partners.
- Conduct preliminary feasibility studies and market analysis.
- Coordinate legal, technical, and financial due diligence.
- Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate land acquisitions.
- Liaise with government authorities for documentation and approvals.




- Maintain a pipeline of land opportunities and acquisition reports.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline
- 5–10 years of experience in land acquisition or real estate business development.
- Knowledge of Bangalore and Hosur real estate market and scenario.
