About the role
We are looking for an experienced

Tech Lead – Full Stack

with strong hands-on expertise in

Django, React, GCP, GraphQL, and modern cloud technologies . The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical development, designing scalable solutions, and mentoring the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications.
Work hands-on across

backend and frontend development .
Design and develop robust backend services using

Python/Django .
Build modern, responsive applications using

React

and

Expo .
Design and integrate

GraphQL APIs

and third-party services.
Architect and deploy applications using

GCP and cloud technologies .
Make technical decisions around architecture, scalability, performance, and security.
Lead code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
Mentor and guide developers while ensuring high-quality technical delivery.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.




Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills
6–10 years

of experience in software development, with strong full-stack expertise.
Strong hands-on experience with

Python and Django/Django REST Framework .
Strong frontend development experience with

React.js .
Experience with

Expo / React Native

is highly preferred.
Strong experience working with

GraphQL

and REST APIs.
Hands-on experience with

GCP and cloud technologies .
Good understanding of databases such as

PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB .
Strong understanding of

system design, APIs, microservices, and scalable architecture .
Experience with

Git, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment .
Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical projects.
