Your Role:
We are looking for a

Professional Services Consultant – Prisma Access

with strong hands-on experience in

Prisma Access implementation, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting .
The ideal candidate should have experience working directly on customer deployments and complex network security environments, with a strong understanding of Palo Alto technologies and SASE solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Implement, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot

Prisma Access

solutions.
Work on

GlobalProtect, IPSec, SSL VPN, and remote-access solutions .
Configure and troubleshoot

Palo Alto firewalls, security policies, and Panorama .
Handle authentication integrations such as

LDAP, RADIUS, and Active Directory .
Troubleshoot complex customer issues and perform

root cause analysis (RCA) .
Work on network connectivity, traffic flows, firewall rules, and security policies.
Collaborate with customers, network/security teams,



and cross-functional stakeholders during deployments.
Work in

multi-vendor environments

including Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, Juniper, etc.
Handle high-priority technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge-base articles.
Contribute to best practices and successful customer adoption of Prisma Access.

Required Skills & Experience
5–12 years

of experience in Network Security / Cybersecurity.
Hands-on experience with

Prisma Access .
Strong experience with

Palo Alto Firewalls and GlobalProtect .
Good understanding of

IPSec, SSL VPN, TCP/IP, routing, and network security .
Experience with

LDAP, RADIUS, AD, PKI/SSL, and authentication mechanisms .
Experience with

Panorama

and Palo Alto security policies.
Exposure to

SASE / ZTNA solutions

such as Zscaler or Netskope is a plus.
Experience working with multi-vendor technologies such as

Cisco, Check Point, Juniper, and Fortinet .
Exposure to

AWS/Azure, Linux, Python/Bash

is an added advantage.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, customer-facing, and communication skills.

What We Are Looking For
Robust

implementation/deployment experience

rather than purely BAU/operations support.
Ability to independently handle customer-facing technical engagements.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in

customer-driven shifts, including night shifts when required .
