Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to drive business growth for industrial soldering, dispensing, SMT rework, and electronic manufacturing process solutions. The role involves managing customer relationships across EMS, Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial Manufacturing sectors while providing technically aligned product solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of industrial soldering, dispensing, cleaning, and SMT process solutions.
Develop business opportunities within EMS, Aerospace, Defense, and Electronics Manufacturing customers.
Promote products including solder paste, solder wire, TAC flux, solder preforms, and cleaning materials.
Sell precision soldering, de-soldering, SMT rework stations, and convection rework systems.
Support customers with manual, robotic, two-component, and jet dispensing solutions.
Identify customer process requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Conduct product demonstrations and application discussions with customers.
Manage existing key accounts while expanding the customer base.
Coordinate with application engineers and internal technical teams during project execution.
Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence for business planning.




Achieve quarterly sales targets through consultative technical selling.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
3–9 years of experience in industrial or technical sales.
Experience in Electronic Manufacturing Materials, SMT Equipment, Soldering, Dispensing, or Rework Systems.
Solid technical understanding of industrial electronic manufacturing processes or an established customer network within EMS, Aerospace, or Defense industries.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
