Role Overview

- Handle day-to-day after-sales service calls, remote troubleshooting, and coordination with customers and dealers.
- Manage new machine installation planning, documentation, engineer coordination, and warranty registration.
- Conduct customer visits and participate in weekly/monthly review meetings.
- Support dealer conferences, exhibitions, and other customer/dealer engagement activities.
- Upload installation reports, service data, and parts information, and maintain regular updates for HQ reporting.

Key Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Robust knowledge of CNC machine tools, including HMC, VMC, and Turning machines, with a focus on electrical systems.
- Complete knowledge of FANUC, Siemens, and Mitsubishi CNC controllers.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in creating/editing CNC logic.
- Proficiency in FANUC ladder logic editing/writing for various automation interfaces.
- Experience handling robot interfaces with different types of CNC machines.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to CNC machines.




- Candidates with experience working with OEM manufacturers will be preferred.

Candidate Profile

- Technically strong service professional with hands-on experience in after-sales service, machine installation, troubleshooting, and customer support, preferably within industrial machinery or capital equipment.
- Capable of handling service documentation, installation reports, warranty processes, and system updates with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to interact effectively with customers, dealers, internal teams, and HQ.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple service requests, field visits, and escalations with a customer-focused approach.

Experience: 10+ years in the service field, preferably with CNC/VMC/HMC/Turning machines.

Qualification: Diploma/Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

Preferred Age: 30 to 40 years, in line with the seniority and experience required.
