Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with 58 years of experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing Workday HCM solutions.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Solid hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM.
- Experience with Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, and Time & Absence modules.
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes, configuration, and security.
- Experience in Workday integrations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Experience in testing, deployment, production support, and system enhancements.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
