Global Sales Specialist EMEA | APAC | US

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in international sales, consultative selling, and revenue generation across global markets.

Key Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Proven experience in international sales with exposure to EMEA, APAC, and/or US markets.
- Strong ability to develop tailored solutions that drive sales and revenue growth.
- Expertise in pipeline management, account planning, and sales forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of solution selling and consultative sales techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets/quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong articulation.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation through revenue conversion.

Significant Note

Candidates with experience primarily in domestic sales,



content moderation/review, or non-voice processes will not be considered for this position. Relevant international sales experience is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive compensation package of up to 8.5 LPA.
- 20% variable component linked to performance.
- On-site position in Hyderabad.
- Rotational shifts with fixed Saturdays and Sundays off.
- Two-way company-provided cab transportation.
