US IT Recruiter | Direct Clients & W2 Roles | Hybrid (Hyderabad)

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter (26 years) to join our Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates on W2 tax terms directly with Direct Clients / Implementation Partners.

Important Note: This role is exclusively for Direct Client / W2

Recruitment. Candidates with prior experience in Bench Sales will NOT be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Direct Clients across the US market.
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates specifically for W2 (W2 Hourly / W2 Salaried) positions.
- Utilizing portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter, alongside Boolean search techniques and passive sourcing.
- Conducting initial screening calls to assess candidates' technical competency, communication skills, stability, pay rate expectations,



and work authorization (USC, GC, H1B, EAD).
- Managing relationships with candidates through submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Ensuring compliance with US employment laws, tax terms, and visa rules.

Key Skills & Eligibility:

- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience dealing with Direct Clients and filling W2 requirements.
- Excellent understanding of US Tax Terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and US Work Authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, EAD).
- Solid hands-on proficiency with ATS platforms, Job Portals, and advanced Boolean search strings.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work comfortably in Night Shifts (US business hours).

Strict Criteria:

- NO BENCH SALES: Applications from candidates whose primary background is in Bench Sales, Bench Marketing, or Prime Vendor sales will be automatically rejected.
