Position: Entry/Experienced Engineer

Shift: 9 AM to 6 PM

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

Roles & Responsibilities:

largest recycler and largest manufacturer of steel and steel products, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of entry-level engineer or engineer with some experience positions at our business unit located in Noida, UP. Specific job responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

- Perform structural analysis and design of steel utility structures, with a primary emphasis on steel tapered tubular transmission and distribution poles.
- Review customer specifications, drawings, standards, and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to support engineering evaluations.
- Support projects throughout the complete lifecycle, including pre-sale conceptual design, detailed engineering, connection design and other engineering support documents as required.
- Utilize industry-standard software such as PLS-POLE and proprietary engineering tools to perform structural analysis, design validation, and component engineering.
- Develop engineering calculations, design reports, and support in technical documentation in accordance with applicable industry standards and customer requirements.
- Participate in design reviews, value engineering initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts focused on enhancing product quality, engineering efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with teammates while contributing to a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
- Support and execute the strategic objectives
- Maintain a high level of professionalism through clear,



responsive, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 0-4 years of engineering experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of structural mechanics, strength of materials, steel design, and engineering fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple assignments and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's Degree (M.E. / M.Tech) in Structural, Civil, Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in the electric utility transmission and distribution industry.
- Familiarity with steel structure design, utility poles, transmission towers, substations, or related infrastructure projects.
- Experience using PLS-POLE.
- Knowledge of applicable U.S. design standards such as ASCE , AISC, AWS, NESC and OSHA, or other utility structure design codes.
- Understanding of steel fabrication, welding, bolted connections, galvanizing, and manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated initiative, continuous learning mindset, and ability to work in a rapid-paced engineering environment
