Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement effective quality management systems to drive excellence.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve quality goals and objectives.
- Manage vendor development, negotiation, and sourcing to ensure high-quality products.
- Conduct FMEA, RCA, and CAPA analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and QMS.

Job Requirements :

- Robust expertise in ISO 9001, QMS, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, RCA, CAPA, Supplier & Customer Quality.
- Proven experience in driving quality excellence, process improvements, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience in new vendor development, vendor negotiation, and vendor allocation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
