Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage Banca channel sales performance, focusing on Bancassurance products such as life insurance.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase bancassurance sales through partnerships with banks.

Desired Candidate Profile

- (preferably male candidates) Experience in banca sales or related field (bancassurance).

- Strong understanding of bancassurance products, including life insurance solutions.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a rapid-paced environment.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
