We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresher to join our team as Network Field Engineer. The role offers an opportunity to build hands-on experience in network troubleshooting, configuration, and customer support while working on client projects.

Designation: Network Field Engineer
Location: Pune
Experience: 0-1 Year

Key Responsibilities

- Provide basic network troubleshooting and technical guidance to customers.
- Perform basic network configuration and troubleshooting related to LAN and WAN connectivity.
- Monitor, establish, and maintain network performance and connectivity.
- Work with networking tools such as Console Cable and PuTTY.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of networking concepts and the OSI model.
- Visit client locations to troubleshoot and resolve network-related escalations.
- Work on and troubleshoot basic routing protocols, including:
- EIGRP
- OSPF
- Static Routing

- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely resolution of network issues.
- Perform field-based activities as required by project requirements.




- Be willing to travel to client locations as and when required.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. in Networking, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- Certification: CCNA Certification is mandatory.
- Strong interest in networking and infrastructure support.
- Good communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as per project requirement
