We are looking for highly experienced JDE SND

Experience: 3 to 8yrs
Work Location: Pan India

Key Requirements:

- Gather and analyze business requirements from business users.
- Provide functional support for JDE Sales & Distribution modules.
- Work on Sales Order Management (SOM) processes.
- Support Inventory Management and stock-related processes.
- Handle Shipping and Delivery processes.
- Work on Pricing and Discounts.
- Support Billing and Invoicing processes.
- Understand and support the Order-to-Cash (O2C) business process.
- Perform JDE functional configuration and setup.
- Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
- Perform Fit-Gap analysis and business process mapping.
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases and test scripts.
- Conduct CRP, SIT, UAT and regression testing.




- Support production issues, incident management and problem resolution.
- Perform root-cause analysis and provide functional solutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
- Support data migration, validation and reconciliation.
- Support JDE implementation, rollout and upgrade projects.
- Provide end-user training and prepare functional documentation.
- Work with Finance, Procurement and Manufacturing teams for cross-module integrations.
