Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Compliance / Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including finalization of financial statements, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss Account in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits while ensuring timely closure of audit observations.
- Establish and maintain robust accounting policies and financial controls.

Financial Strategy & Planning

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives.
- Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Cash Flow Management





- Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and fund planning.

Financial Accounting

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations and ensure timely month-end and year-end closures.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial Statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Generate MIS reports, profitability reports, and management dashboards.
- Review General Ledger, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset registers.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
- M.Com, MBA (Finance), preferred.
