- Conduct gold valuations for customers to determine the value of their gold ornaments.
- Process gold loans by assessing customer creditworthiness, evaluating collateral, and disbursing funds.
- Cross-sell other financial products to existing clients to increase revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, including loan applications, approvals, and repayments.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
- Solid knowledge of cross sales techniques and ability to meet targets.
- Proficiency in gold appraisal methods and valuation techniques (GL).
- Basic understanding of gold loan operations and regulations.
