- Conduct proper training of mechanics and electrician
- Do proper diagnosis.
- Must be expert in diagnosis.
- Create technical reports for warranty failures
- Avoid repeat jobs.
- Take trials for quality check.

Preferred candidate profile

- Age below 30 years.
- Must have experience with Tata/Ashok Leyland/Eicher/Bharat Benz
