Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for C2C, C2H, and Full-Time requirements.
- Strong experience in C2C recruitment is highly preferred.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, availability, and budget.
- Coordinate with candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Manage candidate submissions, interview coordination, follow-ups, and closures.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of IT candidates and vendor connections.
- Achieve daily/weekly recruitment and closure targets.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in C2C hiring is mandatory/preferred.
- Good understanding of C2H and Full-Time hiring.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate/vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical hiring.
