Role & Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage civil construction works for 132 kV substations, bays, and transmission line projects.
- Execute and monitor construction of equipment foundations, control rooms, cable trenches, roads, drains, and other civil structures.
- Supervise concreting, reinforcement, shuttering, excavation, and foundation works.
- Coordinate with contractors, site workers, and project teams for timely completion of work.
- Check work quality as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Prepare quantity estimates, BOQ, material requirements, and daily progress reports.
- Monitor consumption of cement, steel, aggregates, and other construction materials.
- Ensure proper site safety and maintain required project documentation.




- Resolve site-related civil issues and coordinate with the engineering team.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Diploma / B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 56 years of relevant site experience, preferably in 132 kV substations, transmission lines, or infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on experience in civil construction and foundation works.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, RCC, steel, and construction materials.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Solid site supervision, contractor coordination, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
