Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualise and develop visuals like logos, social media graphics, banners, infographics, and website layouts using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including HR for internal comms and marketing for campaigns) to align designs with RentenPe's brand guidelines and project briefs.
- Prepare rough drafts, incorporate feedback, test graphics across media (print, digital, social), and ensure final outputs are pixel-perfect and deadline-driven. Requirements
- Proven 2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in fintech, startups, or digital marketing, with a robust portfolio showcasing diverse projects.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus for Figma, video editing, or motion graphics.

- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a collaborative startup setting like RentenPe. Preferred Qualifications • Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Familiarity with Mumbai's startup ecosystem or fintech visuals (e.g., app interfaces, investor decks).




- Experience managing multiple projects under tight budgets and timelines. Video Editing :-

Edit high-quality videos including social media reels, promotional ads, explainer videos, and app walkthroughs (15-60 seconds).

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align videos with brand voice, fintech themes, and campaign goals.

• Create and integrate motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and effects using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut (motion graphics is a must).

• Optimize videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and app stores (vertical formats, captions).

• Manage end-to-end workflow: ingest footage, color grade, sound design, and export in multiple formats.

• Stay updated on trends in short-form video and fintech marketing to innovate content styles.
