- Plan, coordinate, and execute production activities to meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Supervise production staff to ensure productive use of resources and minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in production processes.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry.
- Strong understanding of production engineering principles, including manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent shift planning and production supervising skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
