Job Description
Profile - HR Recruiter
Exp. - 1 to 3yrs
Location - Jui Nagar (Navi Mumbai)
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring requirements from departments.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
- Schedule interviews with department heads.
- Coordinate offer letters and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR or related field.
- 13 years of recruitment experience (preferred).
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple positions.
