We are hiring for the position of Chief Manager Life Insurance – Agency & APC Vertical for a leading Life Insurance company.

Job Locations: Bangalore, Mysore, Bagalkot, Hubli, Udupi, Bijapur & Mangalore

Role & Responsibilities

- Responsible for achieving branch business targets by building a sustainable and productive distribution force.
- Manage branch costs and ensure smooth business operations.
- Successfully implement various tactical and strategic business initiatives.
- Effectively manage Sales Managers and build a cohesive and high-performing business unit.
- Coach, train, and support reporting Managers.
- Monitor and review the performance of Managers and provide necessary guidance.
- Lead by example in all areas of business and provide clear direction.




- Review and track the growth of Managers to ensure achievement of their individual budgets.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness to requirements from the Regional / Zonal / National Head.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 8 years of experience in Insurance Sales
Minimum 3 years of Team Handling experience
Strong leadership, sales, and team management skills
Experience in Agency / APC channel will be preferred.

CTC: Up to 9 LPA + Incentives
