Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage production activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting quality standards.

- Handle manpower effectively, allocating resources efficiently to achieve productivity goals.

- Oversee daily operations, monitoring equipment performance and identifying areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working setting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

- B.Sc degree/B.E or B.TECH (Chemistry or Biotechnology).

- M.Sc Chemistry

- Strong understanding of GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
