Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee external audits and internal audits to ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX controls.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with US GAAP principles.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in US accounting or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and SOX controls.
- Experience with lease accounting under US GAAP is required; experience with revenue recognition policies is an asset.
