We are looking for a highly driven Program Manager with experience in the Semiconductor domain to lead project execution, resource planning, and silicon bring-up tracking initiatives.

3-6 years of experience
Semiconductor background mandatory
BE/BTech in Electronics or Computer Science
MBA/PMP preferred
Robust expertise in Resource Management, Project Planning & Tracking
Experience with Silicon Bring-Up Tracking
Hands-on with Excel, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and PowerPoint
Immediate joiners preferred

The main function of a program manager (general) is to oversee the successful planning, execution, and closing of complex projects within an organization. A typical program manager (general) is responsible for coordinating efforts across multiple interconnected projects to achieve broader business objectives and organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities:
Establish program objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets in alignment with organizational strategy and goals.
Lead, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of program activity, including the work of project managers and other staff within the program.
Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on program status, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
Ensure integration and synergy among projects within the program to maximize benefits and efficiencies.




Evaluate and assess program results against defined success criteria and perform post-program reviews for continuous improvement.
Resolve complex issues that transcend individual projects and require coordinated solutions across project teams.
Resource management and ODC/contractor management tracking
Silicon bring up tracking

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities to oversee several projects simultaneously.
Proficient in program and project management methodologies and tools.

Education:
A bachelor's degree in Electronics or Computer with MBA or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP).

Top Mandatory Skills:
Semiconductor background is a must have
Technical education (BE/BTech) in Electronics or Computer Science is mandatory + MBA/PMP
Must have experience with Excel, Power BI, PPT, MS Office, Jira, Confluence and MS Project.
Strong experience in resource management, project planning, and tracking projects.
