JOB DESCRIPTION:

7+ years in interior design with strong commercial/workspace design-and-build depth, including 3+ years leading teams or pods

. • Proven multi-project leadership you have run 4–6 live mandates in parallel without dropping quality.

• Hands-on mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp/3ds Max and working knowledge of Revit; robust eye for renders and detailing. Revit and rendering pipelines — enough to review sharply, even if you no longer drive the mouse

- Solid grounding in BOQs, costing, materials, MEP coordination basics and site realities.

• Excellent presentation craft — decks, boards and the spoken story that sells a design.

- A portfolio demonstrating both aesthetic strength and delivery discipline.

Command over the full design lifecycle: test-fits, concept, DD, BOQs, GFC and design support during execution.

- Strong working-drawing and detailing fundamentals; comfort with BOQs, materials and vendor ecosystems.
- A portfolio that shows both concept flair and technical rigour.
