Job Summary

People Prime Worldwide is looking for IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in Domestic IT Recruitment and be comfortable handling end-to-end recruitment for multiple IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Identify and screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate technical and HR interviews with candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
- Handle offer negotiation, candidate closure, notice period, and joining coordination.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment databases.
- Work on multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
- Meet recruitment targets and TAT as per business requirements.

Required Skills

- 6 Months 2 Years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
- Experience in Domestic IT Recruitment is preferred.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Working Days & Timings

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM 1:30 PM
Sunday: Holiday

Location & Interview Requirement

Work Location: Hyderabad KPHB

- This is an office-based role.
- Candidates should be comfortable attending a Face-to-Face (F2F) interview at our Hyderabad office.
- Candidates residing within approximately 5–10 km of our office location will be preferred for better commute convenience.
- Candidates who are actively looking for a job change and can attend the interview process at the earliest will be preferred.
