About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Executive - Telesales for a leading healthcare/HealthTech company. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare sales, telesales, inside sales, or telecalling, with strong communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain healthcare products/services and convert leads into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements





- 1+ year of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Healthcare Sales.
- Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, Diagnostics, Pharma, Medical Devices, Wellness or related industries will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with outbound calling.
- Candidates should be comfortable working 6 days a week.
- Candidates who can commute to Sultanpur, Delhi are preferred.
